
About Dr. Kevin Li, MD
UC Berkeley Undergraduate Studies

Dr. Li attended the prestigious UC Berkeley undergraduate program with multiple scholarship awards, including Au’s Education Foundation Scholarship and Rodkey four-year full scholarship. He double-majored in electrical engineering, computer science and molecular cell biology with emphasis in neuroscience, also graduated with multiple honors with distinctions. During this time, he was also selected to join by invitation to International Golden Key University Honor Student Society, and elected as the President at UC Berkeley Chapter.
USC Keck School of Medicine

While enjoyed a successful career in Silicon Valley as an engineer entrepreneur after undergrad, Dr. Li never gave up his dream of becoming a healing physician. He was admitted to USC, Keck School of Medicine, awarded with the prestigious USC Salerni Collegium Scholarship.
Professional Career

Subsequently, Dr. Li completed internship at UCLA/West LA VA and finished his residency in New York in the competitive field of anesthesiology. With interest in chronic pain management, Dr. Li further pursued sub-specialty fellowship training in chronic pain management at the world renowned Case Western Reserve University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Li is board-certified specialist in anesthesiology and a double-board certified in chronic pain management by American Board of Anesthesiology and American Board of Medical Specialties. During his fellowship training, he served as Chief Fellow and has been recognized and awarded Fellow Presentation Award by American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Li has years of clinical experience in treating patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain conditions. He has also frequently conducted Independent Medical Evaluation and Qualified Medical Evaluation for private insurance companies, law firms and the State of California Worker’s Compensation System.
